Rent-A-Thug #74 – Rules For Criminal Success #93
Oh, Dirk the Head, what ridiculous idea won’t you listen to? What would normally be fairly sound logic (although still not necessarily a good idea) tends to go downhill especially quickly when you add superpowers and a handgun to the mix. Although situations like this do sort of explain why people are afraid of Johnny Mushface.
In other news, I’m almost finished a collaborate project with Jay Bardyla of Happy Harbor Comics. The final product will be appearing in Gord Cummings’ “Mercy Seat Presents: Children Are Cruel” and looks quite a bit different than Rent-A-Thug. It was a fun side project but I’ll be happy to get back to having time to work on Rent-A-Thug stuff regularly. Turns out The Gateway has been all about Rent-A-Thug over the last semester and a bit and what was once a gigantic backlog is very quickly dwindling, so more Rules For Criminal Success will probably be the first order of business.
I’ll be back on Monday with Rent-A-Thug #75 (I still can’t believe how quickly the numbers are piling up, it’s almost mind-blowing to me that #100 is only two months away), so have a good weekend and thanks for reading!
