The cross-section set-up in the first panel was an interesting experiment. I tried it once before, in Frank Baron, NSO, but I think this one works a bit better. I like to try to do something interesting visually when there isn’t a whole lot of funny happening. I guess it’s worth pointing out that this story was originally written with the intention of being part of the second print comic, along with Dinner With Daddy Dearest. I’ve tried to throw in visual jokes and adjust the dialogue in a few places that were particularly plot movementy.
