Rent-A-Thug #48 – Rules For Criminal Success #29

Charlie No-Aim is the unfortunate recipient of a car upside the head courtesy Powerhouse. Powerhouse is sort of a superhero in the Rent-A-Thug universe, except that he’s not really heroic and terrifies everybody. Superbeing is the closest thing I can think of, since he’s not really a villain either. He was the result of a military experiment to creat a supersoldier. The chemical combination that they tested on him basically turned him into a gigantic, super-strong, rage-blinded wrecking machine. Which, in some cases, is actually pretty useful. In most cases he accomplishes his mission by being pointed toward what the army wants him to wreck, then wrecks everything in the vicinity afterward as the army tries to contain him again. Fun.

I just finished the environmental history paper I was complaining about in the last update. Good riddance.

This Friday marks the 50th comic. How time flies, eh? Thanks for reading, I’ll be back Wednesday, and so will you. Don’t make me unleash Powerhouse. 🙂

EDIT: My FTP server hates me, apparently, and wouldn’t let me upload the file into the comics section. I don’t have the time or the patience to deal with that right now, so I posted the comic into the newspost as a short-term fix. I’ll deal with the FTP junk tomorrow.

EDIT… again: I’m not sure what was wrong with the FTP server, but it’s working just fine today, and the comic uploaded. Yay! Sorry for any inconvenience.
