This one was a big deal to me because it was the 50th Rent-A-Thug strip that I drew. It actually just ran in The Gateway last week (or the week before, I don’t remember). This was one of many strips that I came up with in the middle of the night while trying to go to sleep. I have four or five sheets of notes that came from those nights (I came up with ten strips in about as many minutes one night). The actual dialogue in this one was written  on the fly as I was drawing it which I have a tendency to do. I find it more fun to write like that than to script everything out meticulously before hand.
