Rent-A-Thug #244 – Fire Safety
Lately I’ve been enjoying an area of comedy in which people are incredibly relaxed in catastrophic situations. Usually fires. I wrote a bit of a script for a space adventure where the captain asks an engineer (or wh0ever) what parts of the bridge are supposed to be on fire, and I’ve been obsessed with mangling that into as many variations as possible. Including G-Fresh running around on fire in Walt’s office. Which probably makes the fifth or sixth time that I’ve lit a character on fire and had them run around.
I’m taking a criminology course this semester to fill in my last option slot, which I thought would be fun, since I draw a comic about crime. Turns out that criminology is really, really boring and sorely lacking in explosions and gun battles. In my Earth Science class today we talked about garbage disposal. It was significantly more entertaining than criminology. That’s messed up.
Thanks for reading, see you Wednesday!
