This page took foreeeeever to ink. Lots of lighting effects, which is something I’ve played around with a little bit in this story. And a lot on this page. I rejiggered the script a little bit in this section. In the script the fourth panel on this page was supposed to be the first panel on the next page, but when I started thinking about laying them out this page didn’t have enough on it and the next page had too much, so I spread them out. I think it makes this page stronger on its own, as well, since a guy walking into a door with a flashlight isn’t the most exciting thing in the world.
