Rent-A-Thug #107 – Great Thugs in History part 6

What better way to close out the week than a urine joke? I wasn’t really sure where I was going with this page until I sat down to draw it. I’m pleased with how the Sheriff of Rotterham and his horse turned out. Normally my horses are garbage but I’ve worked on improving them lately. Mostly because I’m in the design stages of a story set in the Napoleonic Wars and need to be able to draw horses that don’t look freaky devil-donkeys.

Happy Harbor Comics has their own comic book featuring Licensable Bear, and it came out on Wednesday! Many Happy Returns features the first “Crossfire” story in more than a decade, written by Mark Evanier and drawn by Dan Spiegle, the first new “Journey” story in over fifteen years by Bill Messner-Loebs, and stories by Heywood Banks and Daniel Schneider. You should buy it.

Well that’s it from me this week. Thanks for reading and see you next week!
