This strip was drawn on vacation last summer at Terracana in BC. I like this strip but the vacation was pretty meh. Resorts that boast a bunch of services should have to tell you that those services all happen to be under repair when you go to book your stay, not when you get there.

Anyway, this strip was also the beginning of Dirk the Head being the butt of a myriad of VD jokes. It rounded out his comedic potential and allowed for different directions other than just being stupid (which is still very much there, it’s just not the only thing there anymore).
