Edgar Jones reappears in this one with Butcher Billups, who shows up once in a while. I was actually surprised that nobody complained about the tremendous amount of gore in this strip when it ran in the Gateway. It turns out that sex jokes are the only thing that provokes moral outrage nowadays. Good to know.
